And to realize some of the mechanics of the process behind the scenes after the close, made it that much more impressive. Jason and the entire Levi Group were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were on a tight schedule to find a new home and Jason made sure to prepare us ahead of time by sending us listings that fit our needs. My wife and I have always sold our homes For Sale By Owner, but we weren’t extremely confident with this Colorado market - it’s just different here. We had done our fair share of research, and we thought we knew where our home should be priced.

The first conversation we had was a tough but good one, a true reality check. He had clearly done his research on our home, our community, and the market.
